SCHOOL ADMISSIONS USING SUPPLEMENTARY FAITH FORMS

 

If you require your supplementary faith form to be signed by one of our Ministry Team or Churchwardens, please bring your form to one our Sunday morning Holy Communion services.  These will be starting again at 10.15 a.m. inside our Church from building from Sunday 2nd August onwards.

As social distancing restrictions are still in place it will be possible to get your form signed if one adult from your family is in attendance.  You don't need to bring your child with you to Church, unless of course you want to attend as a family.

 

You will have need to have at least two signatures a month for a year or once a month over two years.
